We must ask that you give us at least 24hrs notice if you have to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Any cancellations after this period will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked which can be chargeable up front or will be added to next booking.

Whilst we understand that in many situations this cannot be helped, as much notice as possible is required so that we are able to fill the available appointments.

Our stylist’s time is valuable and in demand, so we appreciate your co-operation.
